It was wonderful but I have no idea how to get your money back for the resort. Have you talked to the manager? The person who booked the hotel? Is the reason for canceling satisfied? Good luck!!

The probability of snow is much better for timberline or meadows than for ski bowl. Ski bowl is the lowest ski area on the mountain. They are the last to get any accumulation and the first to lose it. I've lived in the area for decades.......serious skiers will never ski there anytime of the year. It's a joke.
