Week 13 of the high school football season marches on in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana. This is the week of regional semifinals in Ohio while East Central in Indiana is in its regional final.

The Tennessee high school football playoffs continue on Friday with the second round across the state. All nine classifications are playing in the postseason this weekend, with eyes on next month's BlueCross Bowl state championship games in Chattanooga.
