Rumors on social media that Jennifer Lopez fled the country or “escaped” due to the indictment against Sean “Diddy” Combs are false, according to Snopes. Lopez, 55, did not “flee” the country. Rather, she was overseas promoting her new movie “Unstoppable” and performing at an Elie Saab anniversary event.

Recently, many speculated that Lopez, Diddy’s former girlfriend was aware of his alleged criminal activities. Amidst this, a former assistant producer who worked with JLo on the 2002 film Maid In Manhattan criticised those spreading false rumours about the Let’s Get Loud hitmaker.
